![]() You must use this procedure because this particular Library folder is hidden from view, and this is how to open hidden folders. Locate the above files in the Preferences folder that comes up and delete them. ![]() Type in "~/Library/Preferences", without the quotes. On the taskbar at the top, click on "Go", and select "Go To Folder.". You should be able to locate these files in ~/Library/Preferences. Next is to check for the files listed below. You need to remove all previous versions of Toast to avoid possible conflicts. Quit Toast, trash the entire Toast 14 Titanium folder (located in Finder > Applications), then do the same for any previous versions of Toast, if you still have any installed. So I am now impressed with their support.Ī guy named Johnston got back to me right away with this advice (posted below), and it solved the problem. OK, I emailed support, and, to my pleasant surprise, they got back to very fast and, better yet, their solution worked! (I have contacted roxio/corel support in the past, and did not receive such quick and quality help before). ![]()
